This position assists in the analysis and development of .Net applications, including researching, designing, coding, testing, documenting, and modifying applications throughout the application lifecycle according to standards and using the current .Net best practices.

* Assist in gathering and analyzing user requirements.

* Research technology to meet user requirements.

* Assist with design specifications for a new application or an application upgrade.

* Code user requirements per the specification.

* Create user and unit tests.

* Support, update, and maintain applications.

* Evaluate problems and alternative solutions with the user.

* Maintain and expand current knowledge of programming languages and development tools.

Minimum Requirements

The educational equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or related field OR the educational equivalent to a high school diploma plus four years of computer related experience. Possess basic analytical and problem solving skills. Good understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices. Experience using Visual Studio 2012 or above. Experience writing, translating and coding applications with C# or Micro Focus COBOL.Net or Visual Basic.Net within the framework of ASP.Net or Winforms or WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation). Experience writing, translating, and coding queries in SQL. Experience with Team Foundation and SQL Reporting Services desired. Good written and oral communication skills.
