Position Overview:

Molex is seeking a Signal Integrity Engineer to design, model, analyze, and test high-speed connectors and test fixtures. In this role you will work with customers to develop application specific solutions and provide technical support.

Essential Functions:

* Perform high-speed empirical, analytical, and signal integrity evaluations of connectors within transmission line environments.

* Recommend changes in designs or technical procedures.

* Conduct and coordinate analytical simulations (SPICE) for connector systems.

* Analyze variation dependence and parametric optimization.

* Work in laboratory environment to validate design and correlate measurement with simulations using VNA, TDR and Oscilloscope.

Position Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Applied Math.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Masters' Degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Applied Math.

* 3+ years' relevant signal integrity, simulation experience.

Skills and Abilities:

* Microsoft Office

* Preferred Ansys HFSS & Designer, CST, Agilent ADS & PLTS, Matlab

* Test and Measurement

* VNA, TDR, Spectrum Analyzer, BERT.
