Account Manager

The Go Configure Account Manager supports our relationship with one of our biggest clients, Nautilus.

Primary Responsibilities

* Act as Primary liaison between the Client and GCI (Call Center/Field)

* Participate in bi-weekly meetings with Client to discuss concerns, SOP changes, etc.

* Provide support to the support team and customers to ensure efficient daily operation

* Request special billing approvals

* Contact Client for issue resolution

* Handle customer escalations

* Manage special projects for this Client

* Monitor and respond to RFAs (Request for Assistance) from the Client

* Assists support team with questions

* Monitor orders to ensure that customers are being serviced within our SLAs

* Audit order for missing information, duplication or errors

* Handle confidential and non-routine information

* Facilitate good communication within the organization

* Interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization

* Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents

* Complete and perform other duties as assigned

Education

* High School Diploma required

* One or more years of Customer Service Call Center Experience

Go Configure assembles and installs a wide array of indoor and outdoor recreation products that most consumers don't have the time or ability to deliver & install themselves. This is a fulltime, benefits eligible role.
