Contract: 4 months with potential for permanent hire
Training: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
Shift: Scheduled hours are 8 hours shifts with start time between the hours of 10am and 2:30pm. Tuesday - Saturday OR Sunday to Thursday.
The Customer Care Specialist provides service and information to customers regarding all types of inquiries related to the company website, Prescription Management, Online Photo, In-store Photo and refill reminder services. This position also supports programs to increase revenue, generate sales and conserve existing assets. Requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Respond and research requests from customers via telephone and e-mail.
- Accurately complete and submit all types of orders as well as record notes to customer accounts to provide detailed account history.
- Provide assistance with web site navigation and placing web orders.
- Provide company and product information.
- Make outbound calls to patients regarding maintenance medications
