Oversee all residence hall community operations with one counterpart. Responsible for staffing, policies, procedures, customer service, and technology integration. Oversee professional staff selection and training or student staff selection and training. Oversee international student initiatives. Oversee diversity and inclusion initiatives. Oversee operations for approximately half of residence hall population of 6,000 students. Directly supervise two full-time assistant directors or area coordinator. Indirectly supervise 8-12 full-time professional staff and hundreds of student staff. Foster collaborative relationships with campus partners.
