Kelly Services is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant II for one of our top Banking clients in Lexington, MA.
Top 3 Must-Haves:
1. Concur experience for expense processing
2. Pharmaceutical experience
3. Domestic and GLOBAL travel coordination experience
4. If no pharma experience candidates MUST have at least 5 years in a large corporation supporting Ex. Director and VP level management
Job Responsibilities:
- Heavy calendar management in MS Outlook
- Domestic & international travel scheduling
- Expense processing
- Purchase Orders
- PowerPoint presentations
- Setting on and off-site meetings
