Position Description

Summary: To serve as primary relationship officer for accounts, including the responsibility of significant and often complex client relationships.

SECTION I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide quality service to each account through a thorough knowledge of the each accounts' uniqueness and by maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and related professionals.

* Act as a key consultant to clients, developing and implementing solutions.

* Demonstrate sound complex decision-making skills, including balancing CTIC's business risk with client interests.

* Oversee daily tasks and service with appropriate follow up.

* Solicit new and additional business and support Business Development Officers.

* Participate actively in community affairs and professional associations.

* Coordinate with investment team to provide quality investment solutions to all account types.

* Other job duties as assigned.

* Ensures all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.

II. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE

* Four year college degree (BA,BS,BBA) or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years' experience.

* Possess a working knowledge of the industry and account administration.

Working knowledge of investment management and the ability to confidently communicate investment and economic concepts, approaches and performance to clients.
