Human Resource Coordinator (Focus on Recruiting)

Teladoc is seeking a high-energy HR Coordinator to support our recruitment function with administrative duties! This person will be responsible for administering job postings, applicant tracking, employee referrals, offer letter generation, scheduling interviews, candidate travel, etc, while representing Teladoc as a first line of communication with candidates and new hires. The HR Coordinator will conduct entry-level sourcing and phone screening, support onboarding/off boarding activities and assist the general HR function as needed with other projects and tasks. .


* Champion the candidate experience by representing Teladoc in a professional, polished and passionate manner during the recruitment and onboarding process.

* Post job openings on company website, job boards and social media sites.

* Administer the Employee Referral Program.

* Ensure recruitment logistics are set up between candidates and hiring managers, including interview scheduling and meeting room reservations utilizing Microsoft Outlook, greeting candidates, etc.

* Coordinate and book candidate travel and accommodation.

* Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely fashion.

* Maintain and enhance social media presence by researching and posting relevant recruitment content.

* Process background and reference checks, escalating returned information to Recruiter or HR Business Partner when warranted.

* Maintain background check log and provide daily alerts to the recruiting team.

* Record collected paperwork and training on checklist to ensure nothing required is missing.

* Report missing paperwork and noticed discrepancies to Talent Acquisition Team for collection/correction.

* Provide paperwork to HRIS Administrator for system entry.

* Monitor monthly I9 expiration reports and follow up with employees on required paperwork.

* Event planning/ Events Committee

* Serve as a back-up receptionist as needed.


* Must have at least 2 years of Human Resources, Recruiting or related experience.

* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

* College degree preferred.
