Mission Command System Team (MCST) Trainer - ALL ARNG MTCs

Trideum Corporation has an opening for a Mission Command System Team (MCST) Trainer (previously titled Training Specialist (ISOTT) supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Training Complex (MTC) at at Leavenworth, KS; Atterbury, IN; Chaffee, AR; Dodge, IA; Fort Indiantown Gap, PA; or Gowen, ID. This is a full-time position, contingent upon contract award.

Duties: The MCST Trainer will provide teaching and learning strategies to communicate subject matter to ARNG students at unit and exercise locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Demonstrate a thorough and accurate knowledge of their field or discipline

* Display an ability to interpret and evaluate the theories of their field or discipline

* Connect their subject matter with related fields

* Operate supported unit Mission Command Information Systems(MCIS) and conduct over the shoulder training with supported unit MCIS operators


* Up to 75%travel required.

Required Qualifications:

* Must becertified and current with Army training doctrine

* 2+years MCIS teaching experience

* Served as assistant instructor for the same courseware

* Completed a course of study leading to a minimum of experience with Army MCIS and software systems,and has completed a formal course of study in the subject(s) to be taught

* Subject Matter Expert who has operated the system

* Experience of no less than four (4) years' service in or support to the Army or other national defense service

* Secret Clearance

Desired Qualifications:

* Trained and qualified in multiple MCIS

* Knowledge of Staff and NCO led processes in Combined Arms Training Strategies (CATS) execution

* Certified in one or more of the following: CySA+, GIC SP, GSEC, SSCP, CAPS, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH.

* Windows 10 Microsoft Certification

* Linux certification

* Must be able to achieve Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT-II) credentials within 6 months per DoD 8570.01

Security Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Any formal job offer will be contingent upon the incumbents' receipt of an Interim Secret Clearance and successful adjudication of the security clearance process.
