Typical Physical /Mental Demands

1. Exert physical effort in transporting 50 pounds

2. Endure various physical movements throughout work area

3. Push/Pull cart repetitive throughout the day.

4. Forward bending, squatting and kneeling about 50 times per day for up to 5 minutes at a time

5. Satisfactorily communicate with guest, management, and co-workers to their understanding.

6. Use of electronic beepers, cell phone with texting and email, general knowledge of computer with office programs such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Typical working conditions: Under variable temperature conditions, indoors

And around fumes and /or odors

Example of Duties: (includes but limited to the following)

1. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental

Policies/service procedures/standards.

2. Maintain complete knowledge of correct mainteince and use of equipment

Use equipment only as intended.

3. Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guest with a smile

4. Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.

5. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. ( refrigerators, carts and storeroom)

6. Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms and resource materials, report any shortages to manager/supervisor.

7. Inventory cart at the beginning and end of shift.

8. The ability to sign out keys.

9. The ability to maneuver mini bar carts throughout the hotel keeping them neat and orderly.

10. The ability to replenish all items used from guests rooms. Including all products and menus.

11. The ability to handle "Do Not Disturbs" and Guest refusals. As well as Difficult guest.

12. The ability to report incidents, person items found or seen on guest floor.

13. The ability to work independently.

14. The ability to spot check and remove any products not to the Standards of Caesars. ( tampered with and expired products)

15. For Steady Extra staff: The ability to log and complete adjustment reports. This involves receiving reports from team members, and learning the system for adding and deleting charges daily in Bartech and LMS systems. Computer knowledge and skills needed.

Education: High school graduate or equivalent, Fluency in English, both verbal

And Non-verbal.

Certificates/License: Nevada TAM card, Health Card
