  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong emphasis on customer service for both front-of-house and back-of-house roles
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to handle customer interactions and use sound judgement when escalating issues to management

The Safety Specialist will be responsible for greeting all guests and/or team members upon property entry. The Safety Specialist will also communicate the health symptoms checklist information to guests and/or team members to assist in ensuring a safe working environment.

  • Greet all guests and/or team members pleasantly and with courtesy upon entry to property
  • Review the health symptoms checklist with guests and/or team members prior to property entry
  • Recognize the symptoms of illness per provided guidelines
  • Provide guests and/or team members with information regarding hand sanitizer locations
  • Distribute face masks and request social distancing protocols are followed
  • Escalate guest health-related issues to security
  • Escalate team member health-related issues to team member's manager
  • Manage guests' and team members' social distancing of 6 feet between people
  • Distribute Pocket Card to guests
  • Disinfect equipment/furniture to ensure a safe working environment
  • Other duties and responsibilities that management may assign
  • Conduct temperature screening of guests and/or team members prior to entering the property where applicable
