CCMC currently has a Resident Services Coordinator position located at Siena Community Association in Las Vegas, NV!

Siena Homeowners Association seeks a Resident Services Coordinator for our management team. Preferred candidates are personable and self-motivated, possess above-average customer service skills and are highly organized. Candidates will hold a variety of computer, clerical and multitasking skills, and possess a work history emphasizing detail and willingness to succeed and fulfill the client's expectation.

The position's responsibilities include but are not limited to: processing a fluctuating volume of incoming telephone calls and emails; facilitating new resident paperwork with an attention to detail regarding deeds, leases, trusts and corporations; entering gate access information for resident vehicles and guest information in the site database; processing incoming/outgoing mail and shipping. Top candidates have professional experience in working independently and as part of a fast-paced team. The department handles special projects, so candidates should expect and look forward to collaborating on special projects with other departments and with the general management team, such as assisting the purchasing functions and providing concierge service for the coffee bar. Candidates are expected to have experience/ability to quickly learn and use a POS (point of sale) system. The job entails daily typing and design of general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, etc. The job also includes proofreading copy, and holding responsibility for accuracy and clarity of final copy.

Preferred candidates have minimum two years' experience as an administrative assistant or five years of comparable work experience, clear verbal and written communication skills in English, and a demonstrated ability to be assertive, professional and adaptable. This job requires time management, an ability to maintain confidentiality of account information, at least intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, and attention to detail. Typical hours are Monday thru Friday 8am – 5pm but the chosen candidate will provide flexibility within the weekly work schedule and site operating hours of 8am to 10pm including availability for weekends and holidays when needed.
