Hersheypark- Summer Operational Roles - RWS Fun Crew

At RWS Fun Crew, youll be part of an exciting and inspiring team of surprise makers and fun creators! Your passion, energy, and commitment to creating memorable interactions will raise the experience for Guests - while also providing you with exciting opportunities in Attractions, Retail, and Food & Beverage roles at Hersheypark in Hershey, PA.

As part of the RWS Fun Crew, youll receive competitive pay of $15 an hour as well as company provided shared housing, a $300 sign on bonus, and a contract completion bonus!

Role & Responsibilities

Enjoy creating moments of surprise and delight for guests around the park(s) from various work locations in Food & Beverage, Guest Services, as well as Games & Attractions

Attending to customers for food & beverage; taking and serving orders, making recommendations, and engaging with other F&B staff to raise the guest experience

A commitment to safety including cleanliness of work locations by cleaning, sanitizing, sweeping, and mopping work areas

Operation of rides and/or games: attending to guests in line, ensuring guest safety, awarding prizes, and collaborating with other Attractions staff to raise the guest experience

Some outdoor locations may be subject to a variety of potential weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather

Some roles require the ability to stand (up to five hours at a time), walk, bend at the waist and knees and have repeated manual dexterity, and the ability to push, pull, and reach above shoulder level

Attraction locations may require the use of a height measuring tool to assess potential safety restrictions for guests

Some roles require lifting up to 35 pounds without assistance on a regular basis

Guest Service and Merchandise locations may require assistance completing store inventory, rotation of stock and/or food items, as well as cash handling

Qualifications

Creativity, expressiveness, and an outgoing personality

A willingness to play, have fun, and create a Summer of memorable moments

Previous customer service, retail, food & beverage, or entertainment experience

Must be 18 at the start of contract

Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
