SUMMARY

Arranges travel services for branch employees and coordinates special projects as assigned.

* Converses with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.

* Books transportation and hotel reservations, using computer terminal or telephone.

* Advises employees about travel times, layovers, and time changes.

* Reconcile airline billing.

* Coordinate hotel reservations/blocks for upcoming shows with multiple hotels.

* Pay and reconcile hotel billing.

* Order all business cards and name badges for the branch.

* Coordinate all Lands' End uniforms and allowances for the branch.

* Assist with the reconciliation and documentation of salaried PTO and ensure balances are accurate.

* Assign security cards and pass-codes for the building alarm system.

* Participate in all employee engagement activities for the branch.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

* High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

* Two (2) years related experience in booking travel for internal employees

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

* Knowledge of travel-related terminology
