Bilingual Branch Supervisor - Nevada, Colorado, Utah, etc.
Purpose
The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring sales goals are met and our day-to-day store operations are running smoothly. The Branch Supervisor also will be responsible for auditing all activities involved in the sales and operation of branch stores in an assigned region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet monthly sales targets and review sales quotas reports as outlined in the store budgets and ensure that all objectives have been communicated to the Sales Associates
- Manage scheduling, coverage and resource planning to ensure all stores have the right staffing at the right times.
- Drive operational compliance of processes, procedures and policies, ensuring all are accurately followed.
- Cross-train in all avenues of teamwork (including Products and Systems, policies and procedures, etc.) and be prepared to cover responsibilities during need.
- Manage activities of staff (i.e., hires, trains, appraises, rewards, motivates, disciplines).
- Monitor store facilities for appearance and equipment and resolve or escalate issues that detract from the customer and employee experience.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and constant communication with subordinates recognizing individual differences and abilities, in order to build solid teams
- Create reports as required
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience. Associates Degree a plus.
Prior supervisor experience as well as previous proven sales experience in a fast paced environment and comfortable with numbers and sales reports
Language Skills
Ability to speak & write effectively in an engaging and professional manner. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Bilingual Spanish-English preferred.
Mathematical Skills
Requires ability to coordinate, manage and/or correlate data.
Organize work effectively and maintain accurate and systematic records.
Reasoning Ability

This position requires a valid license to operate a motor vehicle and the person in this position is required to maintain a good driving record as deemed appropriate by liability insurance carriers.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel pivot table, outlook and internet) and must be able to learn other computer programs as required.
Learn new software and identify and acquire assistance when required.
Working Hours
Hours may vary and will require evening and weekend work depending on business needs.
Working Conditions
Required to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time.
May require repetitive motions of the hands and wrist related to writing and typing at an electronic keyboard.
Extended working hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs.
Visit to multiple facilities may be required
May be required to lift, push or pull materials weighing up to ten (10) pounds
Driving
Required to drive to visit area stores.
