Benefits Analyst

This position is responsible for benefits analytics and administration. He or She will report to the Vice President of Corporate Benefits, but will also work closely with the entire Corporate Benefits and Accounting teams as well as HR Leadership across Caesars' properties.


* Provide analytical and administrative support for health and welfare benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and voluntary benefits

* Provide information in a timely manner to internal and external auditors

* Assist Vice President of Benefits with special projects

* Manage relationship and data license for third party data warehouse vendor querying medical, pharmacy, disability, and clinical information

* Maintain quarterly Benefits scorecard partnering with HR leaders to achieve more efficient health care delivery

* Assist with Benefits forecasting and reporting

* Support resolution of escalated employee / property HR issues for all H&W plans

* Assist with H&W annual open enrollment and year-end transitions

* Act as benefits consultant for Human Resources partners

* Perform other duties as assigned


* Previous benefits experience with strong administrative skills preferred

* Bachelor's degree required

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

* Previous experience in a customer service focused role

* Evidence of learning quickly and ability to build on existing business foundations

* Exceptional communication skills

* Ability to administer, oversee, and coordinate across multiple tasks and deadlines

* Integrity, advanced professionalism and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information
