It is the primary responsibility of an Aesthetician to provide high quality skincare and waxing services. To service all customers according to Company and departmental standards and policies and procedures.

* Performs all skincare, body care and waxing services offered on the spa/salon menu.

* Analyzes client's skin and provides recommendations for skincare regimen.

* Provides positive service standards including but not limited to courtesy, sincerity and enthusiasm to all guests.

* Maintains a clean and safe work environment for guests and employees.

* Stocks and restocks facial room with necessary supplies.

* Utilizes excellent customer service skills to establish rapport with guests.

* Adheres to the policies and procedures of the Spa/ Salon Department.

* Attends meetings and/or training sessions scheduled by Spa Director and Spa Assistant Managers.

* Performs other responsibilities as requested by the Spa Director and Spa/Salon management team.

* Adhere to State Board Rules and Regulations


* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cosmetologist or Aesthetician in a spa/salon or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

* Current Cosmetologist or Aesthetician license, as issued by the State Board of Cosmetology.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

* Professional appearance and demeanor.

* Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

* High School diploma or equivalent.

* Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.


* Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
