Performs administrative, correspondence, detailand follow-up duties to assist the Executive Leadership at the VP level forCaesars Entertainment properties.

EssentialFunctions:

* Answer and screentelephone calls and refer inquiries to other areas.

* Maintain a record ofimportant phone calls.

* Retrieve and screenmail.

* Maintain appointmentschedule concerning meetings, luncheons, conferences, discussions, etc.;reminding officer of appointments, as required.

* Arrange travel scheduleand reservations.

* Type letters, reports,memoranda, and other company related forms.

* Take dictation and typebusiness correspondence in reply to customer inquiries or related conferences,discussions, and business meetings.

* Proofread and verifyall documents produced.

* Collect data and assistin preparing reports.

* Maintain a current setof records and files.

* Greet visitors;ascertain nature of business, and direct visitors to appropriate person.

* Keep inventory ofsupplies and replenish as needed under budgeted expense goals.

* Other duties asassigned.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

* Five years previous experience as support staff preferred.

* Proficient skill with personal computer software packages to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

* Must possess excellent communication skills, oral and written, as well as excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

* Must be highly organized and possess the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast paced environment.

* Must have a professional appearance and be a team player.

Physical, Mental, &Environmental Demands:

* Must be able to sit forprolonged periods of time, 6 – 8 hours.

* Responds to visual andaural cues.

* Must be fluent and literatein English.

* Must be able to respondcalmly and make rational decisions, when handling guest and employeeconflicts.

* Must be able to stoop,bend, as well as maneuver through all areas of the department, casino and hotelto perform tasks as assigned.

* Must be able to liftand carry a minimum of 10 pounds.

* Must have the manualdexterity to grab, grip, type, pull, hold, tear, sort, and reach, as well asoperate office and computer equipment such as telephones, photocopiers, postageand fax machines, personal computer.

* Must be able totolerate areas containing second hand smoke, dust, loud noises and brightlights.

* Must be able to walklong distances.

* Must be able to work avaried schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
