Temporary Production Artist

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a motivated production artist to join our growing creative team. This position reports to the production manager and works closely with graphic designers and various stakeholders in the marketing department to produce final files on a wide variety of marketing projects for our university partner programs. Projects include digital advertisements, emails, web pages, and some print.

To be considered for this position, you must submit samples of your work or a link to your digital portfolio along with your resume and application.

This is a temporary role through July 15th, with possibility of converting to a full time role.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

* Providing production support to graphic designers on a range of marketing projects, including advertisements, emails, web pages, presentations, brand identity manuals, and print collateral.

* Following precise design direction to accurately produce deliverables to specifications.

* Adhering to brand style guides and following existing grids and templates when building out assets.

* Resizing ads and images.

* Assisting in photoshoots and photo editing.

* Communicating directly with internal stakeholders to successfully and efficiently meet the deliverable requirements.

* Maintaining the library of assets in our digital asset management system.

* Continuously researching and sharing new industry best practices to maximize efficiency.

* Managing multiple projects simultaneously and remaining flexible through revisions.

What Should Be in Your Background:

* Bachelor's degree required.

* Minimum 1-3 years industry experience.

* Proficiency in Adobe CC Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

* Experience building files for both digital and print.

* Meticulous attention to detail and an ability to see the big picture.

* Ability to prioritize and multitask while remaining efficient and organized.

* Ability to take direction and be open to feedback.

* Ability to solve problems in a responsive, timely, and accurate manner.

* Solid interpersonal communication skills.
