About this role
As a Sales Manager, Self Service Acquisition, you will be acted as a trusted partner to empower our self service clients to continue to transform their business and meet their objectives through Meltwater solutions. You will coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Marketing, Support, etc.) to deliver a world class experience for our self services accounts. You will help clients realize the values we add in their organization during the life of the client’s subscription and responsible for managing commercial communication to clients, from contract renewals to upsell.
What you will be doing?
- Own and manage the success of over 250 self services accounts, to ensure we increase revenue and drive it to be a large part of the Meltwater Greater China business
- Developing individual account expansion strategies to hit the renewal and upsells targets
- Guide the new clients on how to use the self serve training platform for implementation and get the service support from APAC support team
- Maintain and report forecast of renewals in your territory
- Analyze data and trends to discover and identify the upsell/cross sell opportunities within your client base
- Develop a good understanding of typical business challenges faced by our clients and common objectives to appropriately map Meltwater features and associated business benefits to address their needs
- Serve as the voice of client and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
We would love to see…
- At least 2 years experience in a client services/account management/project management/management consulting/client experiences role
- University Degree of any disciplines with strong academic results
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin (mandatory)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine desire to help small businesses and to evangelize the Meltwater product
- Ability to analyze data to drive decision-making and recommendations
- An ability to prioritize your workload
- Outstanding conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation ability
