Job Opening Account Executive | Outside Sales Rep

- Founded in 1993, and headquartered in Bedminster NJ, the firm specializes in equipment financing to a large and diversified client base spanning almost every industry in our economy.
- Regional office in Spring Lake NJ.
- DDI's staffing business (Stonehenge Resources) focuses on IT and non-IT staff augmentation.
- DDI is currently seeking experienced outside sales professionals.
- Initiate and maintain long-term relationships with Solution Providers, Manufacturers and End Users to help secure equipment leasing and financing contracts.
- Conduct group meetings and presentations with IT Solution Providers and end user clients with the goal of establishing strong partnerships to help promote financing on each and every transaction.
- Identify new leads and contacts to help grow your book of business.
- Work in conjunction with DDI staffing business to identify and help close permanent and medium-term placements.
- Candidate can work from DDI locations or remotely. Remote salespeople are expected to spend some time in NJ for orientation and periodic sales reviews.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of previous outside sales experience with face to face interaction with clients.
- Experience selling IT products, financing services or staffing services a plus.
- Willingness to travel is a must.
- Ideal candidate is a highly self motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Minimum 4 year college degree.
- Ability to manage databases of prospects and clients for marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication and writing skills are mandatory.
