Full Time: 40 hrs per week. Mon-Fri. 8:30 am to 5 pm.

This position is located in Lancaster, PA at the Burle Industries Building.

To provide office support for the Management Team and all departments of Horizon Healthcare Services.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS - JOB DUTIES: The percentage of time spent performing primary functions is 95%. Qualified individuals must have the ability--with or without reasonable accommodation--to perform the following duties:

Office Support:

Ability to maintain confidentiality and good judgement when faced with problematic issues.

Coordinate management purchase orders with invoices, assigning codes for payment processing.

Work with the Horizon accounting department as needed.

Perform clerical tasks/data entry as assigned by Horizon Management Team.

Prepares Horizon bank deposit daily.

Schedule meeting rooms, take and prepare agendas and minutes for monthly and/or quarterly meetings, and request food service, when applicable.

Compile statistical reports and prepare Power Point presentations.

Maintains strict confidentiality with verbal and documented information in the work area, and maintains security of physical and electronic information.

Independently performs all required duties related to organizing and implementing special projects, meeting expected standards.

Manages all Horizon forms ordering, ensuring inventory at agreed upon levels at all times.

Prepares patient satisfaction survey mailing and tracks responses when surveys are returned.

Logs and maintains all PHI disclosures for Horizon.

Scan HHS patient charts into CPR+ system.

Back up receptionist completing the essential functions of that position.

Back up for banking deposits.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS - JOB DUTIES: The percentage of time spent performing secondary functions is 2%. The following duties are considered secondary to the primary duties listed above:

Perform all other reasonably-related duties of an equal or lower nature as may be directed in the sole discretion of management.




* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Minimum two (2) years' prior general office experience.

* Minimum two (2) years's data entry/computer experience.


* Minimum two (2) years' experience in accounts payable, preferably in the medical field.
