Summary

The Schedule Coordinator's primary responsibility is scheduling professional learning events for schools and districts. In addition, they manage deliverables within a given territory and actively coordinate our customers' [internal/external] requirements pertaining to the implementation around Achieve3000 products & services. The Schedule Coordinator will have achieved the required technical & product certifications and maintain them on an on-going basis.

Candidates must live on the West Coast and be able to work remotely.

* Experience within the education industry is highly preferred

Primary Responsibilities

* Takes a lead role in coordinating Achieve 3000 Professional Learning Services (PLS) associated with the initial preparation, scheduling, updating, delivery and execution of services

* Have the ability to effectively deal with a variety of customer situations including guiding the customer toward specific professional learning services, organizing logistics for events, maintaining updated customer profile information in CRM

* Active ownership of the following: product applications, operating systems and company products/professional learning services

* Accurately and timely document and update all tasks associated within your assigned territory

* Proactively maintain a working relationship with all members of your assigned team

* Follow team procedures that support the smooth flow of scheduling and communication. Continually work to elevate knowledge of the customer experience both internally and externally
