Job Description Summary:
Join The Nautical Team! As the Food and Beverage Manager you will oversee the operations and staff for The Turtle Grille, The Beach Bar and the Wet Pool Bar. You will empower your staff staff to provide amazing guest experiences while ensuring a safe and clean environment. Responsible for budgeting, inventory, staffing, training, maintaining of POS system.
Must have minimum of 5 years in a fast paced restaurant management role.
Proven leadership skills with a “can-do“ attitude.
Should have experience in banquets and events.
Must have current AZ Mgr Food Handler Certificate.
