Perform administrative and clerical duties such as typing, filing, case management documentation supporting the Vocational Rehabilitation counselors in both the Florence and Conway offices. Travel to both offices will be required on a weekly basis. Assists with administrative responsibilities of consumer related activities associated with case development and documentation for the following counties: Chesterfield, Lee, Darlington, Marlboro, Florence, Dillon, Marion, Williamsburg, Horry, and Georgetown.

Minimum and Additional Requirements:Experience in a relevant program area.

Preferred Qualifications:An Associate degree and one year of clerical experience or a high school diploma and four years of clerical experience. Considerable knowledge in the use of computer applications.

Additional Comments:Employee will be expected to apply discretion and confidentiality in interpreting and applying office practices and procedures. Employee will perform administrative support duties for the Florence VR Counselor and the Conway VR Counselor. Position will require assistant split work week in both the Florence and Conway SCCB Offices. Employee will be responsible for meeting all designated productivity standards in a quality manner with minimal supervision.
