As our HQ retail administrator, you will be our connection with customers and partners daily.   • Actively help and engage with customers’ needs
  • Provide excellent customer service, build relationships, and drive sales
  • Represent the Spyder brand with actions and knowledge of products and company
  • Bring your passion for Spyder, Skiing, and the outdoors into the office and store environment to connect and build relationships with our customers and partners
  • Complete customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Answer Spyder HQ phone, transfer calls as needed and maintain consumer schedule for retail store
  • Merchandise men’s, women’s, and kid’s clothing and accessories
  • Maintain floor appearance by receiving, checking, and shelving merchandise
  • Maintain store and reception area cleanliness by keeping areas organized and uncluttered
  • Oversee all shipping and receiving of packages at Spyder HQ
  • May be required to work some weekends throughout the year
  • Contribute to a fun, organized, and efficient environment

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Full time availability
  • Previous retail/sales experience preferred
  • Familiarity with the Spyder brand and action sports industry
  • Interpersonal, customer service, and basic math skills
  • Be an effective team player
  • Strong ethical behavior
  • Ability to transport and position a minimum of 40 lbs
  • Ability to constantly move between the store and reception
  • Ability to stand (or remain in a stationary position) for long periods of time
  • Great communication with customers, partners, and corporate (in-person, phone, and email)
  • Ability to accurately process transactions, including basic math/counting skills
