Elavon Customer Care Supervisor

Supervises the delivery of high level, professional, administrative services and expertise that requires in-depth knowledge of the assigned functional area. Analyzes, interprets and resolves inquiries from customers and/or internal clients regarding policies and procedures applicable to the assigned area. Manages workflow and ensures that service expectations are met. Under limited direction administers and supervises special projects and programs for the area. Compiles and analyzes reports for management and makes recommendations. Delegates work and provides direction to clerical staff.

This shift will be nights/evenings (ending around midnight) and will include at least 1 weekend day.

Basic Qualifications

* Minimum technical, trade or business school certificate, or equivalent work experience

* Five or more years of administrative or operations experience in the financial services industry

* One or more years of supervisory experience

* In-depth knowledge of functional area, applicable systems and policies and procedures for the assigned area

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

* Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

* Demonstrated leadership skills

* Thorough knowledge of the organization's human resources policies and procedures

* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

* Well-developed ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
