The Vertical Marketing Channel Manager is responsible for the development and end-to-end management of omni channel marketing, merging online and offline events. You will help develop and execute marketing strategy tied to business objectives that cross media and event marketing. Create campaigns with GoDaddy products designed to grow users and increase product adoption. Run targeted prospecting, retargeting and audience selection. Be responsible for budgets. Report out on KPIs.

The position will be launching campaigns in platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube/OLV, Doubleclick, Adwords and affiliates. The VMCM will also identify and work with events to introduce Godaddy's products to industry verticals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Work closely with GoDaddy verticals marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market plans against specific vertical audiences across media and events.

* The VMCM will be responsible for platform execution including gathering and uploading creative, setting budgets, assigning audiences, campaign pacing and performance reporting.

* Work across departments with creative and front of site to make strong marketing collateral for events, online campaigns, webinars, etc..

* Forecast and clearly communicate marketing strategies to internal stakeholders, product marketing managers and finance.

* Provide input in terms of measurable metrics and ensure proper tracking and attribution across programs and channels using various systems.

* Create reports that tell a story and use data to optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, audience, placements etc. Communicate results to creative and product teams.

* Represent team and channel in weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* A 4-year college degree, preferably in business, marketing, or quantitative field

* Familiarity with platforms such as Google Adwords, Facebook and LinkedIn.

* Familiarity with measurement tools such as Google Analytics and dashboards such as Tableau

* Event planning/hosting, webinars

* Strong marketing skills, including the creation of buyer personas, positioning and messaging by segment, and competitive analysis.

* A customer-centric view with a passion for gaining customer insights and translating insights into marketing strategies and execution.

* Analytical thought process and ability to learn new platforms
