Position Purpose:

Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing of developed software, and providing advanced technical support for specific products, ensuring a high level of Client satisfaction and retention.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

* Under direct supervision, responsible for performing complex activities associated with user acceptance testing of developed software.

* Under direct supervision, work with clients to provide technical support for specific Maestro software products.

* Under general supervision, research/resolve client questions and problems to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

* Under limited supervision, responsible for issue tracking and client QA environment maintenance.

* Under direct supervision, responsible for QA responses\interactions with various third-party vendors for contracted interfaces and products.

* Under general supervision, responsible for all QA documentation related to established Maestro Projects processes.

* Under limited supervision, responsible for maintenance of all QA testing environments.

* Performs other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

* Working toward a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent.

Job Related Experience:

* Must be able make decisions based on precedent and solve arising problems using sound judgment and experience.

* Proven analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.

* Demonstrated concern for attaining high level of customer satisfaction.

* Demonstrated ability to function in a team environment.
