Responsibilities

As a Client Services Associate you will:

* Manage and maintain client and employee compliance

* Work closely with both internal and external insurance teams regarding authorizations and billing for services

* Assist Client Service Managers with case loads; Develop and maintain individual case loads

* Maintain effective fiscal management of caseloads

* Partner with clinical managers to provide supervision and support to the field employees

* Assist in processing employee payroll and billing weekly

* Participate in the recruitment and retention of field staff

* Maintain relations and function as facilitator among clients, families, clinical manager, field and office staff and community organizations

* Manage and problem solve incoming client and service inquiries

* Strategically develop a scheduling plan for clients with applicable staff members

Qualifications

* Bachelors Degree required

* At least 1 year experience in customer service

* Prior healthcare, home care and/or recruiting experience is a plus

* Ability to work independently is required

* Strong communication and customer service skills required

* Proficient in Microsoft computer products including Word, Excel and Outlook

* Excellent organizational skills required

* Competent in basic PC skills required to perform job functions
