This job contributes to REI's success by applying knowledge of REI's procure-to-pay (P2P) system to effectively support users of the system and the system itself. This role administers the system though hands-on maintenance of system master data and configuration. The position actively troubleshoots issues and guides users to ensure optimal system utilization. As is expected of every team member, you will model and act in accordance with REI's guiding values and purpose.

* Provides day-to-day procure-to-pay (P2P) system support to a large, geographically dispersed group of end users.

* Inputs in to documentation and training for users and suppliers.

* Participates in troubleshooting by surfacing issues with clear definition and context.

* Maintains master data based on defined requirements and processes.

* Supports optimal system configuration as guided by program management.

* Supports evaluation of new functionality by performing predefined test scenarios or other related work.

* Inputs into documentation for administration of the procure-to-pay system.

* Supports enablement of suppliers through defined process steps.

* Utilizes reports to provide key performance indicator (KPI) metrics and other reporting as needed by the business.

* Actively works to enhance knowledge of procure-to-pay system, processes and best practice.

* Identifies opportunities for process improvement and actively plays a role in driving efficiency.

* Partners with program management to ensure work is optimally aligned to program priorities.

Bring your passion and expertise

* 1+ year of business-facing finance systems experience, with focus on procure-to-pay software solutions.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, Finance or an IT discipline.

* Familiar with procurement, accounts payable and general finance/business best practices and interdependencies.

* Understanding of procure-to-pay concepts.

* Actively participate in cross-functional change.

* Consolidates information and feedback from various sources to surfaced opportunities.

* Intermediate knowledge of foundational software (Microsoft Office, etc.).

* Able to influence others to optimize work in accordance with system and procedures.

* Actively participate in process improvement by identifying opportunities and possible solutions.

* Demonstrates attention to detail ensuring assigned work is completed by self or by actively seeking assistance from others.

* Collaborates effectively in a team setting.

* Ability to flex communication method and style to effectively convey and receive information with different audiences.

* Supports program direction by completing assigned work and responding to user needs.

* Applies knowledge and experience to troubleshoot system and process challenges.

* Actively partners with manager to set and review priorities to ensure deadlines are met.

* Actively seeks input and clarification to ensure clear work directly.

* Flexible in one's viewpoints in order to support the direction taken by others at REI.
