We are recruiting for the following position(s):
Full-time position available for our Behavioral Health Department in Kent. The receptionist will answer all incoming calls while utilizing courteous customer service principles and representing the agency in the most professional manner possible. Individual will provide secretarial support to Site Manager and other staff in the organization. Will be required to follow other instructions and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Duties and/or Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent to the US.
- Computer skills required; excellent organization skills and familiarity with office equipment.
- Scheduling appointments, typing, word processing, spreadsheets, copying, filing, etc.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required for this position.
