A Tri-cities financial planning and investment management firm is looking to add a financial planner to their team. The role of the financial planner will be as follows: 1. Build and maintain excellent relationships with prospects, clients, and the general community. 2. Work with individuals, families and businesses to understand their financial circumstances and how to reach their financial objectives. 3. Conduct meetings with clients/prospects to glean relevant financial information to make productive recommendations 4. Analyze client/prospect?s financial goals and objectives, resources available, make recommendations to help the client to better achieve their objectives 5. Have a deep understanding of personal and business finance: debt management, savings strategies, budgeting, business retirement plans, estate planning, tax planning, risk management insurance planning, retirement accumulation and distribution tactics, and investments 6. Follow Through: Dictate/Perform post-appointment follow up tasks. 7. Team Player: Work productively with the firm?s operations and service departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of client service, financial planning, and other client maintenance requests. 8. Goal oriented and driven. 9. Work to build a personal business plan: prospecting/marketing, expertise within certain niches or industry specific knowledge. 10. Preferred Series 7 66, Life/Health Insurance Licenses CFP? Track 11. Teach/Lead/Facilitate financial related workshops that clients, prospects or the general public will attend. 12. Perform other duties assigned.
