Position Description

Creates, communicates, and drives the execution of the recruiting strategy for business divisions in alignment with business partners by gathering

information on workforce plan, talent gaps, potential attrition, and high potential talent from business division leaders; incorporating information into

business division recruiting initiatives to source talent (for example, diversity recruiting, third party relationships) and ensuring alignment with company

initiatives; collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop recruiting marketing strategies; developing a team and leading recruiters and hiring

managers through transformational changes in recruiting processes and human resource systems; and acting as a company representative at major

conferences and events.

Develops and maintains relationships with key external organizations by identifying strategic relationships that will bolster the company's recruiting

strategy; managing vendor and third-party relationships; building relationships with leaders of key organizations (for example, diversity organizations,

MBA programs, organizations in international markets); and acting as a company representative at major conferences and events.

Directs full-cycle recruiting for business divisions by collaborating with business leaders to understand their needs; developing plans for company

recruiting events; overseeing position posting and processing of applicants in the human resources (HR) system; utilizing creative sourcing

techniques to source a diverse candidate pool (for example, cold calling, social networking, job board/internet mining); directing the screening of

candidates for qualifications and coordinating with hiring managers to arrange for interviews; collecting feedback from hiring managers on quality of

candidates; managing the offer process, including negotiating and communicating offer information, compensation, and benefits; and overseeing

projects that impact recruiting globally.

Builds and maintains partnerships with business leaders to ensure the recruiting function meets business needs by advising business divisions on

recruiting solutions, policies and procedures; collaborating with business divisions on workforce planning and talent review activities; meeting with

business division leaders to understand talent gaps, potential attrition, and high potential talent in business division; incorporating information into

business division recruiting strategy and initiatives; providing consultation and recommendations on how to fill talent gaps and increase diversity

representation; creating plans and events that directly address business division talent gaps; utilizing workforce planning data to align and organize

recruiters' sourcing efforts; and utilizing data and resources to assess internal talent for promotion or exportation to other business areas.

Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business

plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring

progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.

Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work

environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching

for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.

Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to

others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 3 years experience in human resources or related field OR 5 years experience in

recruiting or related field.

3 years of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years experience selecting and managing third party vendors.
