Digital Content Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking a digital content coordinator who will support the Bank's digital communications strategy by ensuring its online messaging is consistent, clear and engaging. This position will also assist content owners across the Bank in delivering effective digital communications and identifying opportunities to best present information online.

Key Activities:

The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking a digital content coordinator who will:

* Support the Bank's digital communications strategy by ensuring its online messaging is consistent, clear and engaging.

* Assist content owners across the Bank in delivering effective digital communications.

* Identifying opportunities to best present information online.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in journalism, communication or related field

* One year of experience in a professional communications environment. Two-three years preferred

* Strong verbal and written communication, proofreading, and customer relationship skills

* Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

* Experience using a content management system to post and present information on websites preferred

* Knowledge and experience in digital publishing and content production for an online audience preferred

* Ability to receive direction and deliver on assignments preferred

* Familiarity with social media preferred

* Knowledge of AP style and copyediting preferred

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment preferred

* Strong teamwork skills preferred
