Monday - Friday, 8a-5p, Flex Schedule

Full-Time, 40 Hours/ Week

Responsibilities

* Review financial data and interpret performance.

* Perform research and analysis in budgeting, financial trends and produce forecast information.

* Review departmental activities and make recommendations for improvements.

* Prepare and review key monitors for each clinic on a regular basis.

* Lead and participate in annual budgeting process.

* Develop financial projections and assist with business plans for new locations, services and lines of business

* Be aware of what is happening in clinic/department and the organization by attending clinic/department meetings, reading emails and regularly checking information on the organization's intranet site.

* Assist with compensation calculations.

* Assist with benefit and pension calculations, reconciliations and filings.

* Travel to other regional offices as required.

* Maintain compliance with CLIA, OSHA, Safety and Risk Management guidelines.

* Maintain compliance with Personnel policies and procedures.

* Maintain regular and consistent attendance at work.

* Monitor environmental conditions in order to secure protected health information.

* Establish effective mechanisms of communication with staff, providers, patients and the organization's management team.

* Behave in a manner consistent with all Corporate Compliance and HIPAA policies and procedures.

* Perform other duties as requested by the Director of Finance to facilitate the smooth and effective operations of the office.

* Demonstrate initiative to improve quality and customer service by striving to exceed customer expectations.

* Balance team and individual responsibilities; be open and objective to other's views; give and welcome feedback; contribute to positive team goals; and put the success of the team above own interests.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree in accounting, economics, finance or related field.

* Knowledge of computer systems and applications.

* Knowledge of descriptive statistics to analyze statistical data.

* Knowledge of statistical and computer modeling techniques.

* Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Three years' experience performing statistical research and analyses including two years in a health care organization preferred.

* Strong interpersonal skills.

* Strong computer skills.

* Ability to work as a team member.
