Job Description

Saratoga Technologies is seeking qualified candidates for the full-time position of Service Desk Technician, based out of our Knoxville, TN office.

Primary responsibilities include providing IT support to various companies, prioritizing Remote Desk tickets based on urgency, documentation, tracking and follow up of Remote Desk tickets, current working knowledge of Microsoft Technologies.

1-2 years' experience as an IT Help Desk Technician preferred, the ability to multitask effectively, possess excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
