The Quality Analyst position will work in coordination with the Quality Manager to strengthen the hospital’s quality outcomes reporting, and improvement activities. The Quality Analyst will work on projects to comply with a number of external reporting mandates and improvement initiatives from state and federal regulators and to support clinical initiatives in special populations such as stroke patients or surgical patients. In addition, s/he will be responsible for data display and interpretation, and the reporting of this data to a range of clinical and administrative leaders and stakeholder. Extensive, frequent interaction with the Quality Manager and Executive Director as well as Hospital Leadership and staff is a key component of this role. The Quality Improvement Analyst must be able to coordinate multiple projects and improvement activities and deadlines simultaneously.

- Undergraduate degree including statistics coursework required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or similar/related medical clinical field preferred
- Master’s Degree, or 2-5 years relevant work experience, preferred
