Summary:

Revenue Distribution Coordinator gathers all information to invoice multiple accounts, set up multiple commissions and multiple 3rd party vendors for payments per order, manages the posting of revenue, commissions and payables per order and answers questions from customers, outside parties and other departments by order. Required to process 6 to 10 orders per day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage a workflow and work multiple computer programs (Suddath works, Transflow, MoverSuite, Transdocs, HOD and different audit company's website.

Analyze and bill interstate and intrastate relocations for multiple accounts per order

Manage and prepare invoices to multiple accounts with multiple requirements per account per order

Analyze, distribute and process revenue, commissions and payables to multiple contractors, vendors and branches per order

Manage and respond to outside Auditors on billing questions, account policy and tariff related questions and adjust revenue, commissions and payables if needed.

Research and resolve billing, commission and payable discrepancies from vanlines, branch offices

Interface with branch offices, vanlines and other inter-company departments (AR, AP)

Education/Experience:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Math Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
