Mosaic Sales Solutions is a full-service marketing agency that delivers successful brand experiences for various high profile clients directly to the people who buy them. Ad Age recently included us in their Best Places to Work in Marketing and Media list, and we are about to expand our team!

We are currently looking for temporary Territory Account managers to join our innovative, growing company.

The Field Manager will serve as the main point of contact for the Sales Specialists within the assigned region. The Territory Account Managers will be responsible for hiring of the sales specialist team, onboarding them to the program, managing all aspects of their training and instore sales execution, as well as completion of all reports and overall performance to the goals and metrics of the program.

Responsibilities

The Territory Account Manager will:

* Achieve all established success metrics as outlined by the program for their team

* Maintain reporting inclusive of the following: scheduling, sales specialist performance, coaching and follow-up

* Apprise supervisor of field issues on daily basis such as "red flag" issues, rep fall out and program issues using solution driven communication

* Develop strong rapport with sales specialists and store management through consistent and professional communication

* Field travel within their territory when required

* Additionally, this position requires a mix of excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills with a consultative approach, an understanding of how Mosaic uses systems to support our business, and great project management skills.

Qualifications

* College Degree and/or job-related experience

* Three to five years of prior management experience in retail

* Three years of multi-unit field management preferred

* Previous general retail sales/management experience preferred

* Proven success in a similar role

* Outstanding communication, leadership and analytic skills

* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experience, and prioritization of tasks

* Advanced knowledge of Windows PCs & Microsoft Office (Word, PPT & Excel)

* General awareness of Mosaic industry and competitive best practices.

* Must have a valid driver's license

* This position requires that you drive on behalf of Acosta Sales & Marketing, and as such, any DUI/DWI conviction in the past 36 months will be an immediate disqualifier for this position

* Outgoing, professional personality with the ability to build relationships quickly

* Ability to interact with others, inclusive of training, mentoring, and coaching on an individual basis or in a group setting

* Professional demeanor with managers and specialists, co-workers, and clients; the ability to handle conflict with calm demeanor and solution driven focus

* Ability to lead a team in a manner that will build team morale and accomplish objectives

* Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to schedule tasks and people in order to meet program goals

* Must have and maintain a Valid Drivers' License

* Ability to prioritize objectives and tasks and to define realistic and specific goals for team and individuals

* Proven ability to adapt to changing business environment while proactively ensuring field organization meets or exceeds client expectations

* Professional demeanor with field managers and field specialists, co-workers, and clients, and the ability to handle conflict with calm demeanor and solution driven focus

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Home office space with broadband Internet connectivity

* Strong computer skills utilizing the internet, email and Microsoft Office Suit.
