Position Summary

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will assist the manager supporting the Jackson team by leading and developing a team of customer service representatives resolving patient issues and that patient orders are able to be processed in an accurate and efficient manner. Must have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key stakeholders and patients.

Use your newly acquired healthcare training or current customer services leadership skills to make a difference in a patient's life by ensuring your team of customer service specialists accurately initiate the referral process and answer questions from patients and caregivers on their admissions status with compassion. You will gain exposure in a multitude of aspects of the healthcare field, such as nursing, pharmacy, warehouse, clinical support, and sales.

Coram CVS/specialty infusion services is a national leader in the home infusion and enteral fields. You have an important, uniquely rewarding role putting your skills and experiences to work supporting a specialty pharmacy operation.

Key responsibilities:

* Provide communication and follow up to ensure colleagues are fully informed of all new information related to products, processes, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions.

* Recommend process and procedure changes to improve efficiencies.

* Assist with communication between internal departments, branches and billing centers.

* Manage escalation calls.

* Assist with hiring, coaching and performance appraisals.

* Provide leadership and ongoing feedback for a team of call center representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time, permanent, benefited position and is NOT through an agency. Typical work hours for this role are Monday – Friday, between 11:30AM – 9:00PM, with some weekend work required. Also an opportunity for over-time per business need.

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong attention to detail

Required Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.

* Minimum 3 years experience in customer service.

* Must have a proven ability to multi-task and act with a sense of urgency

* Proficient to advanced PC skills including MS Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
