Human Resources Coordinator will perform a wide range of duties within a procedural framework set by the Director of Human Resources. The Human Recourses Coordinator is responsible for processing new employees through the employment hiring on-boarding process, maintaining employees' records, and ensuring current employees are compliant with the regulatory standards set by federal, state, and funding sources.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and knowledge of principles of personnel administration with at least three (3) years' experience in a human resources department. An associate's degree with ten years of experience may be substituted. Experience with new hire on boarding and maintaining personnel records. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of human resources functions and employment laws required. Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel and HRIS system.) Up to 10% travel is required. PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred.
