Description: Monitors the business activities and operations of the organization by thorough examination of financial records. Performs advanced accounting functions in the management of the organization's business affairs. Prepares and examines budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. Provides support to management and the overall operations of all programs with financial planning, forecasting and budget management. Provides direct supervision for the Financial Analyst.
Requirement: Master's degree in Accounting (or related field) and five (5) years' related experience, or equivalent combination of advanced degree and Accounting, CPA preferred. Must possess solid analytical skills and ability to think strategically; have good judgment and a high level of initiative and independence. Must have excellent communications and computer skills. Strong knowledge of financial software required. Must be willing to use personal vehicle for organizational travel as required. Must have knowledge of finance accounting, and budgeting.
