The Storeroom Manager is responsible for maintaining proper controls and distribution of food and non-food supplies to all operations at Jackson Lake Lodge, Colter Bay Village, Jenny Lake Lodge and Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Club. This position will work very closely with the kitchens to order supply deliveries. This position oversees all warehouse operations, typically through lead or supervisory staff, including receiving, storing, tracking and movement of goods. Manages and trains all warehouse personnel, receiving clerk and delivery driver. This is a salaried position, mid-April through mid-October.

The “must haves” for this position include:

  • Working Knowledge of Excel and strong computer skills
  • Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
  • Previous warehouse and inventory experience
  • Previous shipping & receiving experience
  • Valid driver’s license including motor vehicle record check

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

  • Prior experience with Coupa, or other procurement and inventory software
  • Working knowledge of F&B / Supplies Storeroom and monthly inventory processes
  • Purchasing & Accounting experience
