Responsible for carrying out family support and administrative tasks, all required documentation, attendance at staff and supervisory meetings.
-Provide direct advocacy and support to families by accompanying them to access services in the community.
-Provide on-site support to Case Planners by providing child care or assisting families on site with and concrete service needs.
-The position necessitates collaboration with program staff, ACS, Public Assistance, Medicaid, Housing Authority, Court, the shelter system, board of education, and other community resources.
-Home visits/Office visits as required.
-Filling out and filing applications for Daycare, Housing Subsidies and furniture requests.
-Assist supervisor in auditing records to assure compliance.
