Our 10-week paid Internship program is designed to attract and develop future leaders. As an Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with core responsibilities, relevant projects, and assignments. The internship will culminate with a presentation to Michaels's Executives and Team Members showcasing your understanding and knowledge. Additionally, you will MAKE an impact on the overall organization as you assist in the execution of several responsibilities in your internship area. During your internship, you will get to interact with our Executive leadership team, build your network, and learn from some of the best leaders in the business. At Michaels, you’ll experience a thriving and innovative workspace while navigating through the early phase of your career with hands-on experience and unlimited opportunities. Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • 3.0 or above
  • College Juniors and above
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Merchandising, Finance, Marketing, or similar areas
  • 1 year of experience working in a retail environment, is preferred. Retail operations experience in the specific functional area is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint or equivalent Google Suite applications
