SBA Manager (M/A/R/C Inc. d/b/a Targetbase; Irving, TX)

Leverage marketing analytics tools and data models/data marts to provide direction for subordinate senior analysts and analysts. Use strong communication skills (oral and written) to collaborate with a team of analytics and general marketing professionals to develop analytical plans and projects that enable clients to meet their objectives. Deliver impactful analyses of assigned projects with high quality, on time, and within estimated hours. Provide business and customer insights based on data analysis and report/trend monitoring. Develop mastery of key analytical competencies and tools. Solve problems by proactively thinking through approaches to the data or analysis based on the objectives of the assignment. Put clients first by anticipating, understanding and meeting/exceeding client expectations. Produce high-quality analytical deliverables. Deliver projects of at least four out of six of the analytical competencies from start to finish. Demonstrate through day-to-day activities a commitment to the vision and guiding principles of the agency and the vision and strategic plan for SBA. Demonstrate proactive thinking by developing ideas of how to mine the data or take the analysis to the stage of answering the key objectives.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in Telecommunications Engineering, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Econometrics, Decision Science or a related field, plus 5 years of professional experience conducting segmentation, predictive analysis, measurement, business intelligence, and market research. Must also have the following: any professional experience utilizing data mining tools (including SAS/SPSS and/or Online Analytical Processing ("OLAP")); any professional experience utilizing Microsoft Suite programs (including Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint) to present results of analysis to managers and clients. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience, the employer will accept a Master's degree or U.S. equivalent in Telecommunications Engineering, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Econometrics, Decision Science or a related field, plus 3 years of professional experience conducting segmentation, predictive analysis, measurement, business intelligence, and market research. Must also have the following: any professional experience utilizing data mining tools (including SAS/SPSS and/or Online Analytical Processing ("OLAP")); any professional experience utilizing Microsoft Suite programs (including Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint) to present results of analysis to managers and clients.
