We are seeking Member Service Specialists to interact with our client's members by providing assistance and support with order processing and general account benefit inquiries.

To be considered, qualified applicants are required to bring the following:

• Proof of high school diploma or GED

• Two forms of identification

• Up to date resume (This can be in digital format after signing up at Manpower.com)

• Flexibility to work a shift during operation hours of 6:00am-11:00pm Monday-Sunday

• Willingness to submit and pass a drug screen

• Willingness to submit and pass a 7 year county/state/federal background check

What you bring to the job?

• 2 or more years exceptional customer service in call center setting

• Strong computer skills with ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously

• Strong communication skills with focus on professional demeanor and empathy

• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask

Preference will be given to those who have experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management or other Healthcare as well as job tenure.
