We are currently looking for a Director of Client Measurement and Insights to

join our innovative, growing company.

The Director of Client Measurement and

Insights focus is twofold: (1) Own & lead Mosaic’s measurement strategy and

execution based on our proprietary frameworks; and (2) Support our Clients by

providing a single point of contact for all research & measurement

initiatives.

This includes but is not limited to

working with clients (internal & external) to define the scope of each

project, engaging and directing internal &/or external measurement

partners, quoting/pricing, project management, client presentations, and

overall leadership of all aspects of Mosaic’s measurement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of our
    measurement solution in North America within Mosaic’s proprietary impact
    framework which measures the impact on Sales and/or Equity of programs we
    execute for our clients (ROI)
  • Evaluate the overall performance of
    program sales while analyzing sales trends to evaluate performance calculated against
    sales targets
  • Interpret data, formulate reports
    and make recommendations to the team
  • Lead the customization and rollout
    of a predictive measurement tools and models
  • Consult with internal and external
    clients to ensure that each project is measuring the objectives of the program
    & that there is alignment on methodologies
  • Engage and direct measurement team
    members on the requirements of each project and ensure the timely completion of
    each facet of the project
  • Provide fact-based recommendations
    on how to improve programs in the future based on Marketing Analytics and/or
    Market Research findings
  • Steer technology and analytical
    development to maintain a best in class measurement team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements

  • 8 – 10 years of related work
    experience
  • Ability to present complex
    information in a simplified fashion to facilitate understanding to clients
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and
    Office skills including formulas, pivot tables and V-look-up
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau,
    SQL, Alteryx, some R/Python skills or statistics or other advanced analytics
  • Leader on standard measurement
    strategies, metrics, and storytelling across programs
  • Strong communication, analytical and
    critical thinking skills with the ability to disseminate insight from large
    datasets
  • Meet tight deadlines, prioritize
    workloads and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment
  • Ability to apply marketing
    measurement concepts across a variety of categories (e.g. CPG, Consumer
    Electronics, Mobile Communications)
  • Proven ability to timely complete
    projects and achieves results in an ambiguous work environment
  • Superior blend of analytics and
    consulting skills
  • Leading and teaching a team,
    providing innovation via in-depth industry knowledge and being able to convey a
    story to our clients
  • Ability to present cogent stories
    back to stakeholders regarding value of program initiatives and measures
  • Lead the creation of business and

    impactful stories that will resonate with a client
