Our client is looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant in Irving, TX on a 2 month contract basis.

The Administrative Assistant will assist the Director of Training with updating and editing current training manuals. This role will update current manuals by removing outdated documents and replacing current documents. Regarding the online E-learning portal, you will remove outdated links and replace with current links, update current PowerPoint presentations (graphics), etc.
Convert PDF files to Word, and Word to PDF
Convert PDF files to Word, edit the Word docs, save in proper folder, and put into training manual
Extensive updating, editing and proofreading
Reach out to various departments including Creative, Graphics, Digital – seeking out the information you need for the projects you are working on
Update and recreate documents in the new hire packet
Clean up and manage the online E-learning portal
Administrative Assistant Profile:
Must have strong knowledge working in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe
The ideal person will have a confident and self-motivated personality, with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with little supervision and direction.
Strong technology skills
This position will work remotely at home some of the time as well as some of the time in the office. A laptop and necessary items to complete the tasks at home will be provided.
